AFBI Scientist earns Higher Education Academy Fellowship

Following completion of the Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education at QUB, Professor Nicolae Corcionivoschi from AFBI’s Bacteriology Branch has now achieved the status of Fellow with the Higher Education Academy.
Advance HE is a member-led, sector-owned charity that works with institutions and higher education across the world to improve higher education for staff, students and society. Their strategic goal is to enhance confidence and trust in Higher Education, address systemic inequalities and advance education to meet the evolving needs of students and society. They are experts in higher education with a particular focus on enhancing teaching and learning, effective governance, leadership development and tackling inequalities through their equality, diversity, and inclusion work.
This membership will ensure and increase the quality and delivery of postgraduate teaching at AFBI.
