Sample Submissions
All samples submitted to the lab must be accompanined by a completed Serology Lab Sample Submission Form . Please ensure the correct sample type has been taken, all samples are correctly labelled, all sharps have been removed and packaging is in full compliance with UN3373 Biological Substance Category B.

Turnaround Times
Stated turnaround times relate to point of receipt at the lab to reporting of results. The laboratory accepts no responsibility for sampling procedure, condition of samples prior to receipt, delays caused by incorrect packaging or inadequately identified samples. In addition, it is the responsibility of the submitter to ensure the correct test methods have been selected for pre-export samples. Please seek clarification from the relevant competent authority if in doubt.
