On 1 October 2025, AFBI onboarded to Account NI, the NICS shared financial services provider, for its financial transaction and reporting needs. AFBI Finance will no longer be processing payments and invoices and has transformed into AFBI’s Retained Finance Function (RFF).
We would encourage our customers to read the below information to assist with the migration.
Invoices and statements will be sent to you from Account NI Finance Shared Services. Please add servicedesk@accountni.gov.uk to your contacts to ensure you to not miss these. You will notice that these documents look different to those previously issued by AFBI Finance. We assure you that you will continue to receive the same level of detail on your invoices and please note that our bank details will remain the same.
You may experience a delay in invoices being issued in the first two weeks of onboarding whilst we transfer our data to the new system and we apologise for any delays.
