Candidate Varieties Under Test

Maize recommended varieties | Maize variety search
During 2005 a number of varieties were tested for the first time in Northern Ireland. Due to the amount of variation in variety performance from year to year, these candidates will not be considered for recommendation in the specified management system until they have completed at least two years of recommended list testing. Therefore, the best of the following varieties will continue for a further year and will not be considered until 2007 for recommendation. The basic data are given for information purposes only.
