Forage Maize - Candidate Varieties Under Test

Some varieties were tested in 2011 for the first time in Northern Ireland. Due to the amount of variation in variety performance from year to year, these candidates will not be considered for recommendation in the specified management system until they have completed at least two years of recommended list testing. Therefore, the best of the following varieties will continue for a further year of testing and will NOT be considered until 2013 for recommendation.
