Ground conditions are causing some problems in the west and northwest, but conditions remain good elsewhere in the province.
Grazing in blocks and using different paddock entry and exit points will help to reduce poaching in wet conditions.
For those with adequate slurry storage, the closed period for slurry spreading has begun. This ends on 31 January 2008.
This is the final GrassCheck bulletin for the season. The bulletin will return in spring 2008.
