AFBI Headquarters are located at Newforge Lane, Belfast.
AFBI Newforge also accommodates a number of scientific specialisms. Research
scientists based
here also play a very significant role in the provision
of expert advice to the Department of Agriculture & Rural Development (DARD), other government departments
and the agriculture and food Industries. They
also manage and implement wide-ranging statutory functions.

North/International Airport/ferries
- Join M2 to Belfast,
exiting at Junction 1b (city centre/docks)
- Follow signs for M1 West along Westlink

- Join M1 and exit at Junction 2, then follow directions as above.
From
City Airport/East
- Join Sydenham Bypass (A2) towards
City Centre
- Stay on dual Carriageway over the M3 bridge.
- Take
first exit, Get in lane for M1 (via Westlink)
- Join M1 and exit at junction
2, then follow directions as above.
