In compliance with the directive that all public sector spend must be via a Centre of Procurement Expertise (COPE), AFBI have a Service Level Agreement with the Department of Finance and Personnel, Central Procurement Directorate (CPD). CPD have COPE status and carry out and advise on all of AFBI's procurement. CPD hold all relevant details in relation to AFBI's procurement activities. Information on CPD can be accessed by visiting:
